Female shoots & kills ex-boyfriend outside South Florida business enterprise

HIALEAH, Fla. / NBC6 — A male is dead just after law enforcement said his ex-girlfriend gunned him down outside a South Florida enterprise on Monday.

Crystal Junco, 22, faces fees of next-degree murder and carrying a hid firearm just after the capturing in the 300 block of W. 29th Avenue, in accordance to an arrest report.

The target was discovered by spouse and children members as 21-12 months-outdated Oniel Linares Álvarez.

“We’re all going crazy here. Just imagine what it is like,” the victim’s brother, Onel Linares, instructed NBC affiliate Telemundo 51 in Spanish. “This took us all by surprise. I really do not know. It’s attainable they had their issues, but I did not know anything.”

Officers were dispatched to the scene about 3:45 p.m. and identified Álvarez shot a few times. He was pronounced useless at the scene.

Also at the scene was Junco, who claimed she and the target experienced been relationship but were no for a longer time in a romance, the report stated.

Junco informed investigators that she had long gone to the business and was having a conversation with her ex exterior when she claimed he “made an overt/furtive motion toward his waistband, leading to her to feel he was reaching for a firearm,” the report reported.

She explained to deputies that she took a gun out of her purse and opened fireplace, taking pictures the man several instances, the report stated.

The sufferer did not have a gun, the report reported.

Junco is currently being held without having bond at the Miami-Dade jail, documents exhibit.
