Retired general appointed to MWCD board of directors

NEW PHILADELPHIA  — Fourteen judges attending a Conservancy Courtroom session of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) have appointed retired Main Gen. Ronald E. Dziedzicki to fill a emptiness on the 5-member MWCD Board of Directors.
