As corporations glance to reopen, owners are contacting for action to tackle vandalism, trash and basic safety issues in downtown Portland.

PORTLAND, Oregon — Enterprises homeowners, discouraged with continued vandalism, trash and basic safety concerns in Portland, shared a Downtown Action System Thursday. They are contacting on elected officials to aid them as they perform to lift every other up.
