(Costa Mesa – CA) — The Authorities Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Accomplishment for Excellence in Monetary Reporting (CAFR) to Costa Mesa Sanitary District (CMSD) for its comprehensive once-a-year financial report for the fiscal calendar year finished June 30, 2020.
