SARAJEVO, July 6 (Reuters) – Croatia’s Key Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Wednesday that he proposed financial system professor Marko Primorac as the new finance minister just after Zdravko Maric filed his resignation in an unpredicted shift.

Maric, who had initiated tax reforms and a stricter handle of expenditure, has not talked publicly nevertheless about his factors for leaving but the authorities claimed that he cited private causes. Plenkovic said Maric would talk to media on Thursday.
