Deborah Carroll, a general public and nonprofit economic administration expert, has been named director of the Government Finance Analysis Centre at the University of Illinois Chicago. Carroll joins UIC from the College of Central Florida, where by she is an affiliate professor in the Faculty of General public Administration and the director of the Heart for General public and Nonprofit Management.
