Florida male accused of speeding at 100 mph cited ‘business’ at the Ritz-Carlton, report says

A Florida man who allegedly was caught racing up to 100 mph by a crash web-site told police during his arrest that he had “enterprise” to choose care of at a Ritz-Carlton resort, a report claims. 

Joshua Gaukhman, a 24-calendar year-outdated from Nokomis, is now keeping at a put much less glamorous ‒ the Sarasota County Jail ‒ as he faces six counts of aggravated assault on officer/firefighter/EMT and other drug-related charges. 

“I have enterprise to do,” Gaukhman was quoted as telling officers late Sunday during his arrest in Sarasota, according to the Venice Gondolier Sunshine newspaper, citing a probable trigger affidavit. The document extra that Gaukhman, who was only carrying “an undershirt, boxer-briefs and one sock”, reported he had still left his residence to go to a Ritz-Carlton lodge.

FLORIDA SNORKELER FINDS $1.5 MILLION Worth OF COCAINE 

Law enforcement reportedly said they were being at the scene of a “serious crash” that had knocked down a electricity line when they seen a car with the vanity plate “THEBMW” racing around “a barricade of cones and marked patrol automobile with lights activated.” 

“The car or truck accelerated to an approximated 95-100 miles for each hour in a posted 45 mile for every hour zone,” the affidavit said, in accordance to the Venice Gondolier Sunlight. 

Officers who then pulled over Gaukhman found a baggie of cocaine inside of his car in basic perspective, the doc alleged.  

“The defendant would constantly grunt and make sexually suggestive noises at me whilst I was speaking with him,” the law enforcement affidavit reportedly extra.

Gaukhman previously was arrested for reckless driving in 2014, the Venice Gondolier Sunlight documented. 

He is becoming held on a $5,000 bond for each aggravated assault charge and lesser amounts for the other people.
