Former Rochester Company Alliance CEO Sandy Parker dies
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Former CEO of the Rochester Business Alliance, Sandy Parker, has died.
In accordance to the Increased Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Parker became the head of the Rochester Organization Alliance in 2005 and retired in 2015.
Right before her demise, Parker claimed the RBA and the group Unshackle Upstate, which she co-founded, gave businesses a collective voice in Albany.
In 2010, Parker and her Unshackle counterparts developed a grading system for state lawmakers, determining how enterprise-pleasant their voting history is.
The RBA is produced up of far more than 2,000 members and will work to grow private sector positions in the nine-county Finger Lakes Location.
