The Murfreesboro City Council has selected Jennifer Brown, who has served as assistant finance director, as the new city recorder and treasurer. In this appointed place, Brown will serve as the finance director, changing Melissa Wright who is retiring helpful July 13, 2021, after almost 30 several years with the metropolis.
