MEDIROM Health care Systems Inc. Announces The Acquisition of Relaxation Salon Business below the Manufacturer Name of “Ruam Ruam”
NEW YORK, April 30, 2021 (Globe NEWSWIRE) — MEDIROM Healthcare Systems Inc. (NasdaqCM: MRM, “MEDIROM”), a main holistic well being solutions service provider in Japan, introduced currently that MEDIROM has obtained 100% ownership of SAWAN CO. LTD. (“SAWAN”), a leisure salon operator of “Ruam Ruam” from BOX Team Co., Ltd., a Japanese keeping corporation specializing in natural beauty and spa products and providers.
