• Human Means: Staff on-boarding, payroll administration, advantage administration, PTO management, unemployment relations, and employee reviews (remaining current on all HR related revisions to applicable condition and local rules)

• Maintenance, distribution and compliance management of company handbook

• Assistance with talent acquisition and job interview method

• Assistance with Marketing, Stock and other Organization features as needed

• General oversight over all office environment processes’ and workforce

• Responsible for handling Principal’s own administrative, economic and bookkeeping requirements


• Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or college or equivalent volume working experience in a Finance role (Inside Style company expertise is most popular but non-industry candidates are welcome)
