THOMASVILLE — Country audio singer Luke Bryan and his small business spouse are set to bring a concrete plant to Pink Hills Company Park in the near long term.
The Thomas County enterprise will be Concrete Enterprises LLC’s sixth Southwest Georgia spot.
Bryan, a Lee County indigenous, and his business enterprise companion, Jason Wiggins, a Lee County resident, have been pals considering that age 4, Shelley Zorn, Thomasville Payroll Enhancement (PDA) govt director, instructed the PDA at a Monday PDA meeting.
The enterprise will manufacture gravel, concrete and pavers, and the enterprise needs to split ground by summertime, Zorn mentioned.
Concrete Enterprises’ key office environment is in Lee County. Other locations are Nashville, Valdosta, Moultrie and Albany.
“They want to broaden into Thomas County,” Zorn mentioned. “They want to create a 3,000-sq.-foot creating, and they want space for growth.”
The firm’s modern day facility will generate nominal dust.

Concrete Enterprises would like 5 to 10 acres in the U.S. 319 North organization park. Most of the lots are two to three acres, Zorn reported.
