PPP loan applications reopen for small business owners


More help is now available for small businesses fighting to stay open during the pandemic. The Paycheck Protection Program is accepting applications again. This round of aid is different than the previously offered by the PPP. The maximum loan is now $2 million, down from $10 million, and not all businesses will qualify.This time, owners must show they’ve lost revenue by at least 25% in any quarter of 2020 compared to 2019. The program will slowly open up to more businesses over the next several weeks. The deadline to apply for all new loans is March 31.
