The Finance Department is accountable for the keeping of all accounts and money documents, the evaluation and collection of taxes, specific assessments, and other revenues, the custody and disbursements of City resources and money, the regulate above expenditures as furnished in Segment 707 of the Charter and these types of other powers and responsibilities as may perhaps be necessary by ordinance or resolution of the Council.
