Two Kenosha citizens have been charged Thursday for looting an Uptown business enterprise through rioting in August.
Antoine Simpson, 25, and Rhyanon McNab, 23, had been charged as co-defendants for burglarizing Uptown Elegance and Assortment Keep, 6136 22nd Ave. on Aug. 24.
